To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all Domus guests, please read and observe the following information:
Included Services
Daily room tidying and cleaning. Bed linen and beach towel change twice a week. On-site parking included.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM — if your room is ready earlier we will be happy to welcome you sooner. Luggage drop-off available for morning arrivals. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Additional Services
A shuttle service with scheduled times is available from Domus to Porto Giunco beach (stop no. 3).
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
House Rules
To preserve the relaxing atmosphere: no pets allowed in the Domus; smoking inside the suites is strictly prohibited; parties and noisy activities are not permitted, especially during rest hours.
Kitchen Use
The kitchen must be left tidy with clean dishes. A €20.00 surcharge will apply otherwise.
Sustainability
We invite our guests to respect the environment by sorting waste correctly.
Pool Use
Children's access to the pool is permitted exclusively under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.
Liability & Privacy
Management is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Guest data will be processed in full compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
Management reserves the right to ask guests who do not comply with these regulations to leave. We wish you a pleasant stay.
